At Farm & Country Gifts we design and produce unique items which are offered for sale at affordable prices. We bring humour, sarcasm and a bit of love to the equestrian, farming and outdoor gift market. If you have any special requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Standard delivery

We dispatch our orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment.

Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail and larger items are sent via Hermes tracked.

Estimated delivery is 2-5 working days.

Express delivery

Orders received before 2:00pm, Monday to Thursday will be delivered the following day. Unfortunately, we don’t deliver on Saturdays or bank holidays. Express delivery orders received before 2:00pm on a Friday will be delivered on the Monday of the following week. Our express delivery service is a guaranteed next-day service for most UK Mainland addresses but unfortunately this does not include a number of Scottish Highland areas and offshore addresses.

European & International Delivery

Unfortunately, we cannot offer international delivery for our canvas prints due to their delecate nature.

We have set prices for international delivery but if you feel your parcel would be lightweight and should cost less, contact us for a dedicated quote and we will reply with a price from our courier and instructions to process your order online.

In some cases, heavy or large orders may incur a shipping surcharge; we will contact you by email if this is the case. Should you not wish to pay the shipping surcharge, your order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded.

RETURNS

In the event of an item arriving broken or defective, please contact us and we will provide a replacement.
